  My husband and I took my brother to Jaime's for his 63rd birthday (brother's first time there). It was SO COLD in the restaurant we had to eat with our coats on and were still cold. Mentioned cold to waiter and he said Jaime was aware. Also, waiter told us the Specials, one of which was Southern Fried Chicken either white or dark meat (a special every Wednesday). My brother ordered the white meat and was told they were out (at 12:45 PM - lunchtime special & every Wednesday). Poor planning!!!
